Say what you mean and mean what you say I had to give 3 stars. I did a late night purchase, closing time. So my vehicle wasn't detailed or gased up. Returned the next day at noon. Then gased up. I waited 1 1/2 hours for my vehicle to be returned the same way I brought it in(pollen and spill) and 1/2 tank. So I filled the tank and went to have the vehicle detailed and request that all decals of this dealership be removed, and telephone # blacked out.....Jawon gets 5 stars for thoroughly explaining the functions of the vehicle to me. More

Smooth transaction but late payoff I came to this dealership prepared, with an ad for a vehicle that I had found online. The car buying process was seamless, and everyone was very frien I came to this dealership prepared, with an ad for a vehicle that I had found online. The car buying process was seamless, and everyone was very friendly. Mike Ugo was my salesman, and he was very polite, personable, and reassuring throughout the entire process. I am so happy that I left one dealership, to come to ALM. There is not someone hounding you upon entering into the lot, only welcoming warm smiles from employees willing to help. Update: Almost a month later I am still waiting on this dealership to payoff my prior loan from my trade in. When I asked the finance representative how long this would take on the date of sale, I was told that a check would be sent to my lienholder that same day. This did not happen, and when I called back two weeks later to find out what the hold up was, I was told that it would take up to 20 days for them to pay off my lienholder. Thankfully I can afford two car notes for the time being. I also had to pay out of pocket for an emissions test because their emissions employee was not at the dealership on my date of purchase. More
