The only issue I had was air had to be put in the tire(s) before leaving the dealership. Then, again the next morning to have to put air in only the left passenger tire. Only to find out that a nail was in the left passenger tire. Hope I got everyone's name correct that I had contact with during this purchase. More

Great Service all the way around! I typically don't give any business a 5 Star however I had to bend that rule for ALM South. I purchased my Audi last week from ALM South and everyone I typically don't give any business a 5 Star however I had to bend that rule for ALM South. I purchased my Audi last week from ALM South and everyone I came in contact with was helpful and made my process so stressfree. Honestly, I dislike dealers because I feel as though they don't care about the customer only worry about pushing cars out. ALM is far from that I truly feel like they are family at this point. They have gone beyond to make sure I was taking care of. Even after purchasing my car I have built a man amazing relationship with my sales person Nikki I highly reccomend her! She organaized all my paperwork while I was out of state on a business trip. When I flew in the following week she was willing to pick me up from the airport to take me to the dealership to get my car. Don't know if any other sales person that would do that! The lot is super clean and very organized. I will continue to shop for all my vechiles here and honestly I will refer all my family and friends to ALM South. Jawon was excellent as he helped me get comfortable with learning all the buttons and functions with the car. Micheal was very Knowledable with finances and had everything taken care of with collecting a large amount of cash and credit card for the purchase of my car. I thank everyone I came in contact with at this dealership. I would advise to only go to ALM South because I had a horrible experience at ALM Kennesaw it was a totally different vibe there.
