Me and my wife did not realize this until the next day, after calling the dealership to give them the opportunity to rectify the problem I was placed on hold, and ended up hanging up after 10 minutes. I gave them a second opportunity, by phone, and the exact same thing happened. They made tens of thousands of dollars off my purchase; it's not too much to ask for them to, stand by their word, and spend $20 to top off the gas tank. They turned a very happy customer into one that will not repeat business here. More

Great Teamwork! I found the car I wanted, but I was skeptical about doing business with the dealership since I had never heard of them. However, after interacting with several of the associates, I began to notice that they all were very helpful and professional. I ended up having a good buying experience. Lack of Integrity Took 4 hours to do paperwork however, deal was closed in 30 minutes. Had NO gas when we left lot. Day after had to replace the battery which they were aware was dead - car did not start when they went to bring the car to the front lot for us to see car.- we saw them drive it through the lot. Now I assume it was to get battery charged enough for us to test drive. Charged $599 dollars for oil change, tire rotation and a detail on the car at a later date. I live over 6 hours away (round trip) why would I agree to that charge. I would not have - the charge was never discussed I noticed it after the fact. Very disappointed - the finance guy offered the extended warranty 3 times - but never once told me about the $599 charges. I feel like the took advantage of us from the minute we walked in. Our appt was at 10 however, did not meet our sales rep until 10:20 - she said no one told her we were there. We were told when we arrived she was at the bank and would be there by 10. Who was telling the truth? It took over 20 minutes to bring the car from the back of the lot to the front for us to see. We saw the car driving through the parking lot. We were told they could not find the keys which is why it took so long. What is the truth? The finance guy apologized for the delay - he said he was waiting on the sales rep to provide missing information. The sales rep told us the finance guy took the sales as they were presented and we were the first customers in the store. I believe there was one other deal made before ours. Who was telling the truth the sales rep or the finance guy. We were told that the payments would be approx. $214 a month for 60 months but right before going into finance were told it would be $279 for 48 months. I understand this could happen and appreciate we were told prior. \ I have bought several cars in my life and this is the first time each line of the financials were not discussed. If we had not been there for 4 hours I would have come right back after realizing we did not have gas in the vehicle but we were already 15 minutes down the road and had a very long drive home. Integrity a huge issue for this store. More

Do not buy a car here - nightmare experience 1. They were very pleasant UNTIL I tried to negotiate on price - then they got cold and nasty. I waited for over an hour to talk to a sales manager. H 1. He was rude, never smiled, treated me like I was a huge inconvenience and bother. 2. The car supposedly was inspected bumper to bumper yet they let me drive away (with my daughter) in a car that had FAULTY BRAKES. 3. The day after I bought the car, I tried to return it. Faulty brakes, terrible rust underneath, leaky oil line, broken air conditioning - the list went on and on. They made me wait 2 hours and then said "No returns." My only choice was to have the same mechanic that supposedly inspected the car go ahead and fix it. There was no "boss" around with whom to discuss further - he was supposedly on a cruise. It was like a bunch of kindergartners with no teacher! They wouldn't even give me a rental car to get home! I paid $70 for Uber. (It was either that or drive my new car home with bad brakes.) 4. Head mechanic never returned my calls. The receptionist was embarrassed and apologetic that I received such shoddy service. 5. After almost THREE weeks and almost 25 phone calls - I could finally go get my new car - which by now I hated. PS After 10 months of problems with this clunker, I tried to trade it in with Carvana. Guess what? It was manufactured to be sold ONLY in Canada. I cannot trade it in! RUN AWAY from ALM!! They were a nightmare to deal with. More
