After the sale discrepancies found were terrible At first I was happy to get a new car with Lexus being totaled I needed something quick.I like the Acura MDX. Called ALM they told me to take it to Acura since I purchased the warranty.Decided to look over my contract found. Charges I don't have parts for. And to boot they didn't thank me for sending a large cash paying customer. Car that was listed at 22599 ended up paying almost 30,000 once you include my 3,000 down And the car being financed for 26000. Check your contract line by line before signing your name. More

They said bring back they kept for a few days came back 2 days later light back again this time I was told if I couldn't bring at a time convenient for them I was out of luck...worst first car buying experience. 2012 pathfinder ripoff I went to alm of union city to test drive a 2012 pathfinder in February 2016 when I got there I test drive the pathfinder it had mechanical problem w I went to alm of union city to test drive a 2012 pathfinder in February 2016 when I got there I test drive the pathfinder it had mechanical problem with the front of the pathfinder I was told that they will fix everything on it and i will have to leave it for a week to get all the work done and all the inspection so I left it for a week and went on Saturday to pickup when I got there to pick it up they could not find the key it took them 6 hours to find the key and the pathfinder was not details and not repairdoing of cause I did not realize that until I got home ,so I had to setup an appointment again to have them look at it again I have now left my pathfinder for about a month and still cant get it fix ,I got a call on 3/31/16 and was told it was ready when I got there and test drive it again it had the same problem also the engine light came on, I left it and was told by one of the managers his name is Andrew that he was going to handle it ,it's now been a month and counting and the are still working on it and I live an 1 1/2 hour away from this place had to make all this trip back and forth and not told what is going on ,do not do business with these people they are a rip off. More
