The financing process was quick, all of my questions were answered. ***The only thing I asked for during the purchase was to provide me with the floor mats that were missing in the car. Antonio and Sonny both promised to take care of this. Three weeks later, I still don't have them. Nobody ever tried to contact me. I tried calling the salesperson several times - but he never returned my calls. I only asked for one little thing, and I think it's the dealership's responsibility to fulfill it. So my buying experience was great, but the follow-up is disappointing. More
