worse car buying experience ever Car was advertised with Bluetooth, it does not have it. There was standing water in the rear cup holders, dealer promised to dry them out, they failed to do so. Dealer promised to fill the car with gas, they only put in half a tank. Dealer did not know how to handle the tag registration, I have a Purple Heart medal which exempts the sales tax on the car and they wanted me to pay the tax and have the state reimburse me. In all other car buying experiences, I provide the Purple Heart Medal documentation and the other dealers did not charge the tax. I asked the sale person to tell me the total price of the sale with tax, title and license, the out the door price. I was given a number that was $700.00 dollars less than what I had when I was in the checkout office. While this was a Very bad experience, I blame the dealership owners/managers not the sales staff. 5 Star Review cut short...Finance Department Issue I had a wonderful experience with the salesman Marcus Griffin. Manager Andrew Shepard also did great greeting, answering further questions, and providing other assistance when needed. My only concern about the experience in its entirety was with the financial department. The lady that we worked with, I believe her name is Janice Frazier...was rude and seemed bothered the entire time we were purchasing the car as if that doing her job was a problem. She seemed to have a chip on her shoulder and her answers were always short, usually one syllable. To end on a happy note though, Antonio Brownee in the Service Department did well getting the car cleaned up and everything inspected prior to leaving the lot. They all (Dealership) even got on the intercom and wished my wife praise on her new purchase. Thought that was a nice fitting touch. So they get 4 stars, would have gotten 5, but the finance department portion killed the last one. : \ More

unethical behavior from ALM I am 24 years old and the biggest mistake I have ever made in my entire life is buying my 32,000 four-runner from ALM south. I bought this car slightl I am 24 years old and the biggest mistake I have ever made in my entire life is buying my 32,000 four-runner from ALM south. I bought this car slightly used along with their “extended warranty” which over the course of the loan is going to cost me 1900$. two months after having the car I started having TERRIBLE problems with my car. 4x4 not working, breaks locking up on interstate almost making me crash several times, a ton of service lights started popping up, so naturally I went to a licensed Toyota dealership to get this problems fixed. The Toyota dealership told me that the amount of RUST under the car made the warranty not valid. I then tried to reach out to ALM customer service and finance department that sold me the BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty and they seemed to not know who I was or care to find out. they offered no help and kept pointing me in the direction of there xxxxty warranty team who told me that I could not be helped do to rust. But how could I have rust after only two months of owning the car. The unethical SNAKES at ALM south sold me a bogus warranty that cost me 1900$ on top of the 32,000$ car on top of the 2200$ worth of work that I had to have done just two months after I bought the car. Terrible out of shape cars sneaky, unethical sales people and a terrible customer service department ! I hope people read this and think twice before dealing with the people at alm south because I will never return and I will do my best to make sure none of my loved one purchase a car from them ! of course the person who works in sales that sold me warranty is no longer working with them due to unethical behavior. his name was celo More
