Great customer service! Got a good value trade in on my 2003 Expedition, was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Car was ready when I pulled in. Salesperson said that tire pressure monitor just came on the day I arrived, however when I looked at the pictures on Autotrader it showed that the light was on when the pictures were taken, and it turns out that there is a problem with the tire pressure sensor. The value of the car was good enough to avoid action, and the salesperson was an overall very kind and helpful person. More

Without Debate I was in immediate need of a replacement vehicle. I didn't plan on a purchase that day; it was getting late in the evening and starting to rain. However, I found a car I liked for a reasonable price. Once I got it home, I noticed two problems: a missing piece of trim and small imperfections in the windshield. I spoke with Tyrone Duncan and subsequently Joe Jones. Without argument, without debate, they replaced the missing trim and installed a new windshield. They were committed to my being comfortable with a quality purchase...now that's luxury. More

I am convinced this dealership purchases lemons for used cars to sell. I purchased it on Oct 17th 2015 & it has been in the shop 6 times since then. Luckily it still has the manufactures warranty on it. I've had 6 recalls fix, which was in the first 2 weeks of owning it. Yes, I now know only the manufacturer can fix a recall but when you are told by 3 different people at the dealership that they have been fixed...you tend to believe them. It has had the stereo replaced, door panels fixed, front end fixed 2 times, drivers seat replaced, 3 times sensors & cameras have had to be fixed, and just yesterday the rear sway bar had to be replaced...I'm sure I am forgetting a couple things but who can keep track. DO NOT buy a car from this dealership, they lie & have no problems selling you a lemon. More
