Howard Perry never once made me feel uncomfortable or rushed when showing me around. He worked with me for hours to make sure I found the right car for a reasonable price. After finally working out a deal, I spoke with Janice Frazier and Antonio Brownlee. Mrs. Frazier patiently went through the financial aspects of the deal and Mr. Brownlee meticulously showed me and activated features of my new car. All three employees were very pleasant and I would definitely work with them again. More

Paperwork was completed in a timely manner and once everything was completed the individual who made sure that I knew how to work all the components of the car was tied up so once again LT stepped in. He gassed up the car and went thru operation of all components. I did however find a few plastic parts that I don't know where they go but I will stop by next time I am in the area to get help with these. More

Lack of integrity Called to inquire about a Lincoln with 53,000 miles (Approximately) spoke to Michael Barnes who fail to mention the vehicle had worn faded driver side Called to inquire about a Lincoln with 53,000 miles (Approximately) spoke to Michael Barnes who fail to mention the vehicle had worn faded driver side paint on the panel step in, and multiple dings along the back panel, and missing letter from the Lincoln label on the rear. They did not have the code to the door keyless enter and there was more paint damage near the front wheel area. In addition the carpet was smelling and the seat belts were dirty. Mr. Barnes said he would ask to have those things fixed and when his sales manager prepared the paperwork, none of the items I requested to have fixed was listed. Secondly the car was 14, 247 when they brought the paperwork back there was an almost $4000 total price $18, 000. More

Deception Let's just say once you purchase the car from them they truly wipe their hands clean. I must start by saying thank you to my salesperson Sarah Hat Let's just say once you purchase the car from them they truly wipe their hands clean. I must start by saying thank you to my salesperson Sarah Hattersen she was awesome. I purchased a vehicle and 5 days after purchased with less than 300 miles put on after leaving the lot the Cadillac converter went bad and the check engine light came on. Sarah advised me to contact David the customer service manager to resolve the issue. "Now I'm thinking how did this car Pass inspection with the Cadillac converter in that shape..integrity issues".. I spoke with David who quickly reinforced the car was purchased as is. I understand I'm not an idiot I did read the as is but 5 days and I hadn't even put 300 miles on the vehicle. He then said well it pass our inspection and we aren't running any kind of shady business I said ok. He then went on to say we will check it out ourselves but we want repair or replace anything. So ok now you want me to waste more time on just a 3rd diagnosis. I ask is that your final decision? He said yes. I ask him have you spoke with Joe the general manager who I left two messages for and hasn't return my call he said no. I still haven't heard from John and they have caller ID so when I called the immediately continue to place me on hold until I hang up. This is not a great example of good customer service. Ladies and gentlemen I truly caution you on purchasing a car from this dealership. If you do go during the day time so you can inspect the vehicle thoroughly. Ask for an extended test drive on multiple days to insure the codes has not been erased in the system. If you do find something make sure to have them replace or repair before you purchase or be sure to get a we owe making them liable for the repair. Oh and last but surely not least I have an oil leak and I just put 500 additional miles from the purchase date which was even 15 day ago! Proceed with Caution!
