DO NOT buy a car here! They don't stand behind their cars. I purchased a 2006 Nissan Altima from this horrible place in August. Everything seemed great until I was driving it this past week and the engine started making a lot of noise. Turns out there are (2) bad motor mounts (this is something that should have been inspected) and bad wheel bearings. All in all it will be approximately $1,100 worth of repairs. This is UNACCEPTABLE. They either do not inspect their vehicles, or they do inspect them and don't fix them and don't tell the buyer that there are issues. I know it's a used car, but come on you are a large dealership not some random guy I saw a listing from on Craigslist. You should stand behind the product you sell. I have had the car for less than (3) months and this should not be happening. I called and was told that if it called a few days after I bought it then they would have taken care of it. The issue didn't present itself until (2) days ago! DO NOT go to this dealership unless you want to get a car that you'll have to sink money into as soon as you drive it off the lot. Spoke to David Cochran customer service manager and basically told us that it's our fault and that he can't do anything about it. He even started laughing about the situation. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! More

I called before making the trip and told the sales person I was on my way, she lured me to dealer under false pretenses hoping that I would buy something she wanted to put me in. I called other times to check the status of other vehicles just to be hung up on. they don't value customers they are just looking to make a quick sale. makes me wonder if the vehicles check out. More

Buyer Beware We purchased a car in June with a list of items for ALM to repair/clean. The Mercedes was in horrible alignment and it really needed cleaning. I purchased at a fair price and ALM agreed to repair the alignment and clean the rims, carpet, running boards etc. When we got home the car's air suspension deflated, as the air bags had leaks. 2 of the 4 tires had nails in them Turns out the A-frame is busted and the alignment will cost over a grand, plus 4 new tires and 2 airbags for the suspension. Please beware and have your car inspected before buying. They knew some of these things were wrong and left us holding the bag on our due-bill. Four months later and still waiting for reimbursement. Janice and Randy were our sales people. Marshal and Allen(both no longer there) were in the service department. More
Service Bought a 2009 Jeep Wrangler from Shandale Hall. She was very professional and a great salesman. Had it for one day and the engine light came on. Contacted Shandale and she put me in touch with customer service. After talking with them I was told multiple times that I had to have the jeep there by no later than 3:00pm for them to look at it. Made the appointment and my wife took it up. She got there by 2:40pm and asked for the customer service rep who didn't come out and talk to her until 3:15pm. Finally around 4pm they decided to pull the jeep around. After my wife sets there for over 3 hours they say they don't have the parts to fix it and it could be as late as 8pm before it would be ready. Totally unacceptable. Also the customer service rep was very rude to my wife. Never looking at her during the conversations rather looking around and at one point starts talking to another person.. Total disrespect..... I call the service rep and of course all type of excuses. Needless to say my wife left without anything resolved. Due to their service after you sign the papers I would never buy or recommend anyone to this car lot. More

I received an email from Perry as a result of an inquiry I'd made about a car. 3 days later, I decided to give him a call. After 3 weeks of giving him major attitude, stereotyping & doubts, I decided to finally go by to meet him & thank God I did! Thanks to Perry, I walked out with the car I'd picked from their online inventory. He was nice to my family and even stayed late, until we pulled out the lot! Thanks so much Perry! I'll be sending some friends & family by to see you this weekend! More

When I arrived at the dealership Perry greeted me and had the cars I inquired about up front and ready for me to test drive. All the guys were friendly and courteous but Perry was patient, Le me compare and re drive a car to make sure I was thorough satisfied. I will definitely recommend Perry and I now think of him as my personal dealer representative for future cars. It was worth the drive from Cobb County! Tãnya J. More

They broke two different contracts with me Let me tell you about my experience with Atlanta Luxury Motors South 4310 Jonesboro Rd, Union City, GA 30291. So my wife and I have been shopping for Let me tell you about my experience with Atlanta Luxury Motors South 4310 Jonesboro Rd, Union City, GA 30291. So my wife and I have been shopping for a car. Usual deal, we have some money to put down, we have a car to trade in, and we need to finance some. We are shopping well within our budget, and we know what we want. Essentially, all anyone has to do is find us the car and take our money. The process had been going well till we came to Atlanta Luxury Motors South. So on Thursday, my wife found a vehicle she wanted on the ALMS website, and wanted to go take a look at it. So we drove 87 miles from my house to the dealership. She took it out on a test drive with one of the sales people, and liked the vehicle. We said we wanted to have someone come take a look at it. The sales person then went into a story about how some people from Mississippi were coming to look at the vehicle in the morning, however if we wanted to put down $1000 (non refundable) they would hold the vehicle for us. We said we weren't ready to do that yet as we had someone working with us that we wanted to show the car to first. We understood that we ran the risk of losing the vehicle, and we weren't ready to commit. So we went home, and told our friend about it, who made plans to come down and see it at 11am on Friday. So fast forward to Friday. Our agent shows up to look at the vehicle, and takes it for a test drive. As she comes back, she starts to work on a deal on the car and begins to negotiate a deal on the car. A deal is reached at a certain price, we agree to it, and since we weren't there we placed the $1000 deposit by phone to hold the car for less than 24 hours till we can come down and buy it. The deposit agreement even states they won't sell the car to anyone but us during the hold period. Immediately following this deposit, another couple comes up and tests drives this vehicle. They then come back, and apparently made an offer for the sticker price, because our deal and deposit was immediately rescinded, after taking our money, and our car was sold to the other people. This was strike one, and was absolutely unacceptable. However, it gets worse. Following this disaster, everyone involved is angry. The sales person then tries to find another vehicle for us, and make a good deal for us to make up for the rudeness. The sales person in this scenario actually does a good job, but the sales managers here seem to make a living ripping people off. He finds us another deal, and offers us an excellent offer to make up for it. We then get this deal completely done on the computer and everything typed up. We are happy enough with this situation given the circumstances. We then place a second $1000 deposit (the first one was refunded to us) to hold this deal till Saturday morning. So Saturday morning comes up, we drive a second 87 miles one way to the dealership, and walk in to complete the deal that we had made, on the computer, with the sales manager on Friday. We walk in, happy and smiling to make the deal. After a few minutes, the sales manager comes over again, and says the deal they made yesterday doesn't apply, and they are going to charge us $2000 more than everyone had agreed to yesterday. This is twice in 48 hours this dealership had completely reneged on a deal, and broke their word with customers. Two deals were broken between us and this dealership, both in violation of written documentation they provided to us. During this final conversation we were told the following things: "No one is getting screwed here" "We don't do holds here" "You know your trade isn't worth what we were offering for it" "I'll refund your money when I'm good and ready to do it" Worst of all, the sales manager turned to our sales person, who was trying to do the right thing this whole time and said "MJ is going to get fired as soon as you leave here". If they treat their employees this way, right in front of a customer, what are they doing to their customers? This place betrayed my trust, and they clearly take advantage of people every day. Their words means nothing, and they broke their own contracts. I can't even describe my level of loathing at how this was handled, and I will never spend a dollar there ever. More
