Customer Service Salesmanship My experience with my Salesman Mr. Perry Howard were superb, he exceeded my expectations of a Salesman. His Salesmanship was not that of a pusher, try My experience with my Salesman Mr. Perry Howard were superb, he exceeded my expectations of a Salesman. His Salesmanship was not that of a pusher, trying to sale my wife and I something we did not desire. I intentionally came to dealership after hours because I do not like dealing with salesmen, my interface with Mr Howard after hours was very professional, he politely gave me his name and number and stated once I have made a decision give him a call. I view two vehicle of our concern and called Mr. Howard and advised him when I was coming and faxed all the information ahead of time and informed him that I do like the two, three, four hour car buying process. I arrived and was greeted by Mr. Howard who stated all was in order, introduced my wife and I to the finance consultant, check was delivered,papers signed and a satisfied customer. Recommendation and or Observation: The worst feeling a customer has is for a Salesperson to have customers waiting while a Salesperson walking around preparing paperwork, put together sales package and have the customer interaction in the process. Lastly as a Salesperson do your homework on all the vehicles on your lot know the difference between a V-6 or V-8, also have a smartphone whereas you can pull up your inventory at any ALM lot, this way you can improve sales. Easy to do business with ALM South is a good dealership. Perry Howard was our salesman, and he was very easy to work with. He’s a laid back guy in a not-so-laid-back industry. I’d definitely recommend asking for Perry if you’re on the South Side and looking for a nice used car. More

Great experience!!! I am not the biggest fan of buying a new car, however is something that must be done. I went to ALM South and really liked the variety of cars.
