Bought an Infinti EX from CJ (Chijoke Eke),He is a Godsend! I needed a car, like now! My old car was over 15 years old, had over 200,000 miles and needed repair. I had postponed buying a car because I did not want to go thru the hassle. So, I did my research, prayed and stepped out in faith. Upon visiting ALM South, I was approached by salesman, CJ, who was very personable, patient, and friendly. He is AWESOME! Not knowing which vehicle I wanted, but having 3 or 4 in mind, CJ was very knowledgeable in the PROS and CONS of the autos on my list (without being pushy or overbearing), and was professional in his suggestion of which auto was best for me. He answered all of my questions without fail, and was instrumental in pursuing additional financing options for me to consider. He helped to make my car buying experience to be exceptionable and joyous and one that I will never forget! It is so nice to get good customer service anywhere , these days, and CJ provided the best. The atmosphere at this dealership is very welcoming and inviting! Everyone you approach is nice and congenial. ALM South is definitely my choice of auto dealers in the future! I found an online posting for the vehicle I wanted at Atlanta Luxury Motors. I must admit, I was reluctant to visit because is was not close to my residence, as car looking/buying is very overwhelming and takes a lot of one’s time. However, I decided to go check out the establishment and vehicle anyway. To my surprise, my experience at Atlanta Luxury Motors was better than my previous experiences with purchasing cars from the well-known dealerships. JANICE was very helpful, knowledgeable, and honest in respect to the vehicle I was interested in. Additionally, she was really interested in working with me financially to ensure that we were both satisfied with purchase price of the car. Seeing the original sticker price of the vehicle was not over the Blue Book Value, and that Atlanta Luxury Motors was still willing to do some slight negotiating, spoke volumes to me.
