First of all, you never get what you want for your trade in, however I have to say that the price that was offered was fair considering the mileage that was on my trade in. I just took me moment to realized the true value of my trade in. The prices for their vehicles are well within market value for those cars or better. Believe me, I searched several dealerships for the vehicle that I ended up purchasing, and no one came close to the prices that were offered by ALM. The sells person, "Carl" was very knowledgeable of the of the vehicle and was able to point out various features. The finance officer, Will Green was also helpful. He worked diligently to find financing for my vehicle. The General Manager, was also straight forward during the negotiating process. Purchasing a vehicle, can be a very difficult process due to all the factors involved, such as negotiating price for new vehicle, trade-in value, and financing. Overall, I'm very happy with the car buying experience with ALM, South in Union City. I will definitely consider them when purchasing my next vehicle. DJ More
