Don Bradshaw wins my personal award for 'FRIENDLIEST' Sales associate in my daunting car-shopping experience. We were assured immediately that this establishment were not interested in the 'FRIENDLIEST' Sales associate in my daunting car-shopping experience. We were assured immediately that this establishment were not interested in the usual games I have experienced at other dealerships. This dealership, we simply pointed out what we needed to test drive and we were driving within minutes. The test drive we were allowed to take the vehicle on the highway and wherever else we needed to make a solid decision. The trust between staff and customers shows because we were able to drive alone -at peace- without some backseat salesman hassling us on a predetermined route to test the car (ah hem -bigbox dealerships) . Don made the process simple, and educational. The price was right on the vehicle I purchased (2010 Nissan Murano SL) and Don provided us with the Carfax with no hesitation. The pressure tactics were non-existent at Don's desk. As a young couple deciding what's best for our vehicle future - we were allowed walk away for a few hours deciding which vehicle to purchase. It's the little things this Don & dealership did to make this car shopping experience easy. I really appreciate Don Bradshaw for the attitude he presented as he was down-to-earth and comfortable to work with. The vehicles DETAILING staff deserves KUDOS and MUCH THANKS too for the wonderful job they did on detailing the vehicle even further!! These guys were great! My husband and I drove almost 2 hours to look at a car, but the price online did not match the car sticker. Don immediately calmed our nerves and said he would honor the online sales price.
