They promise me that they would fix a couple of things on the vehicle if I purchase. Three months later I’m still waiting on a phone call. I took car to ALM Union City in March 2021. Well, one month and $1100 later, my engine DIED due to a recall. I was tossed Kia's customer service to seek out a refund, but as a sales manager I already know that is a total waste of time. A week after my new engine was installed, my car died again. This time, the fixings were not tightened for the battery which my father had to go out on a limb to fix on his own. Lastly, they tried to charge me an extra $110 (which I did not pay, due to the salesman "forgetting to charge" me, another bogus charge in my book) to install a new drive belt to correct the air conditioning. Although it was installed (along with the new engine), my ac was still not running properly, resulting in me going to an outside mechanic. I will NEVER return to ALM Union City, and I have nothing nice to say about it at all. I miss the old KIA of Union City where I purchased my car brand new back in 2014. It has been shot to xxxx since it teamed up with ALM!! Never again!! More

Had some issues at the beginning, been trying to get my vehicle in since March and had to be rescheduled three times, but once it was in Jason was great about the whole process. I had the worst experience of my life dealing with your dealership. It is now June and I finally got my car. I brought my car to the dealership in February. I spent months in a rental car that I had to pay for. Last month I was told my car was fixed. I turned in my rental and it was not. The actual manager was oblivious to what was going on with my car. I am currently driving in the car and I still feel it is not riding correctly. I am taking it to another server to get my breaks done and find out why it is now idling so high. When driving on the highway it starts it like goes out of gear. I have my lawyer working on dealing with the 18 wheeler that hit my daughter and I in this car and now I think that this vehicle is unsafe for my little ones. I do think that this is negligence. I figured the smartest thing to do is ask my lawyer. I have tried to be patient but I was lied to. The same marks on the parts that he said were replaced. I have proof that he did not replace the parts. He said the car was all fixed and tha it was safe. I drove it home and within a half of a mile I was having problems. This was an expensive, difficult, and time consuming, horrible time. I am not going to ever suggest that anyone go to Kia. More
