sincere advice STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER . they are liars . Mrs. Rosa Pool, very nice lady AT FIRST the day we signed, she told me that the car had a 3-day or 1,500-mile guarantee and that if there was anything wrong we could return it. she promised to wax the car she DID NOT DO ANYTHING to it in less than 24 hours we notified her that they had not done the waxing and she said we will call you to come back and I let her know that the car had a problem in the suspension and she promised me an appointment so that I will take it to be diagnosed , after 5 days NOTHING, so I went to the dealer to see what was happening , surprise 👎 all the sellers ignored us, nobody attended us. why? because we had already bought, we had already given a $10,000 down payment and they could no longer get money from us. The car stayed there after waiting hours for Sussanne (sale’s manager) since she ignored us. They called us two days later saying that the car was ready , they already had the diagnosis and that we should go pick it up. they signed 2 forms from WE OWE saying that they were going to repair the car and that they were going to order the parts. 3 days later they call me saying that THEY ARE NOT GOING TO REPAIR IT, I HAVE TO TAKE IT TO CADILLAC. I told her you signed and I can't keep an $80,000 car and have to repair it if they don't repair it I'm going to return the car ,to which she spoke with her manager and called me and told me MY MANAGER SAYS THAT IF YOU DON'T WANT THE CAR, BRING IT AND LEAVE IT BEHIND THE DEALER AND THEY ARE GOING TO REPORT TO THE BANK THAT TOU DIDN’T WANT IT , OF COURSE THIS WILL AFFECT YOUR CREDIT I'M SORRY I'M NOT THE BOSS AND I CAN'T DO ANYTHING everything the seller promised was a lie. If I go and leave the car they will report my credit, all the dealers are liars , especially this one. do not trust what they promise when they already have payment from the bank they will no longer care about anything More

Our 2nd purchase from ALM Mall of Georgia, once again they exceeded our expectations. Tom, Benni (our Sales Rep), Susan, and Mike all made every effort to make our experience a perfect transaction, endin they exceeded our expectations. After spending 34 years on the finance side of the retail automotive business, I don’t necessarily look forward to the car buying process. However, for the second time in a row we were in and out within a couple hours. Tom and Benni listened to what we were looking for and took us right to the car we wanted. How many times can you say that has happened? Mike took care of the paperwork and Susan handled a small service issue the following day. The ownership of this dealer group obviously makes the customer experience priority one, and the team follows through. Simply a great place to do business; highly recommend. More

As a woman i did not feel comfortable in his office alone , it felt like the room of doom. It put a damper on my experience as a new car buyer, expected more in terms of customer service and his people skills. More
