First off, you can’t beat their prices. Secondly, my salesperson Rosa Pool was very nice and accommodating. She listened to me and helped in any way she could. When my mechanic found that one of the tires was damaged, I tried to get a discount on the price, but they wouldn’t do it, but they gave me a new set of tires instead. That was almost as good and definitely acceptable. I also dealt with Mike Ugo in the finance department, and he was extremely understanding and accommodating as well. More
