I found a slight horn issue the night that I purchased the car: The dream team picked up my car, brought me a loaner and started immediately on the repair. They even offered a high end detailer to work on my sports car. "What service" I also wanted to get the car tinted. They brought the car to the tint shop for me to save me the trip.. The whole process was great. Thanks Rosa! The number of car models on their lot took me by surprise. Always thought ALM only sold high end luxury vehicles but there were many mid range cars with high specs too! Called up in the morning in response to an add for an Honda Accord. Spoke with Rosa who convinced me to come in and view their selection. Was very skeptical at this point thinking here we go, they will try and sell me a car not interested in, typical car dealer sales person who just would not let you go. As I wanted to buy a car regardless, I went in and got myself a nice Nissan SUV. The finance part, paper work etc was a little tedious but that's to be expected no matter what dealer you go to. More
