My journey began with a phone call to ALM @Mall of Ga. I was connected with Christopher Olson a relatively new sales person with the company. I began to ask him about a vehicle I had seen on their website. immediately, I could tell he was not like most of the sale people I have dealt with in the past. I have purchased over 20 vehicles prior to this and have been gravely disappointed with many. He provided me with all the information I had asked of him, he personally went out to check that the vehicle was there and in fact was not sold or being held for another customer. I proceeded to ask questions about the vehicle most importantly, it's overall condition. I live roughly an hour away from the dealership so I didn't want to waste my time or his and needed an accurate assessment of its condition. He was very honest and knowledgeable about the vehicle and very truthful of its condition. Upon arrival, the vehicle had been pulled around to the front of the building and washed for my inspection. I then met Mark Olson (father/son team) who also assisted in the process. Two great guys! There was no undue pressure and they both seemed genuinely interested that it met my approval and that I was pleased with the vehicle. They spent quite a bit of time with me going through the vehicle on the lot and on the test ride. When it came time to purchase, they made it pretty quick and painless. There wasn't the typical back and forth to the managers office and game playing that many dealerships are known for. They were fair with my trade as well. It was one of the best car buying experiences I have encountered. I would definitely recommend Mark and/or Chris to anyone and hope to use them again. Thanks again Mark and Chris! More

Easiest Car Buying Experience EVER! We showed up right before closing on March 31st to look at a little red Prius for my husband. We'd spoken to Jason earlier that evening and he had it We showed up right before closing on March 31st to look at a little red Prius for my husband. We'd spoken to Jason earlier that evening and he had it pulled to the front and ready for us when we got there. Our salesman was Johnny Bass, and he is AWESOME! He went with us on the test drive--something I initially wasn't thrilled about, but turned out for the best since it was dark and we really didn't know the area. He didn't rush us (even though it was past closing) and he patiently answered all questions. He was great with my kids--he didn't talk down to them or ignore them like most adults tend to do. He also had our new car washed and completely detailed for us before we left--despite it being long after closing! We came in with our own financing, but our finance guy (I think his name is Sean) was still awesome; he was generous with our trade and even knocked off a few hundred dollars without us even asking! The entire process--though lengthy--was unbelievably easy! It was the most low-pressure, low-hassle car buying experience we've ever had (and we've bought both new and used before). I highly recommend this dealership. And I especially recommend Johnny Bass. More
