UNPROFESSIONAL Car financed to included delivery to Alabama. We ended up picking up the car Christmas Eve after some issue with the funding. We suggested the finan Car financed to included delivery to Alabama. We ended up picking up the car Christmas Eve after some issue with the funding. We suggested the financing guy, Daryl, since we had to drive over two hours to pick up the car to re-do the contract not to include the delivery fees. We were told that we would be reimbursed and not to worry. Ray Bruce also assured us of this. Well, maybe this takes a little time, most refunds do. So we call, call and call some more to try to get the status of the refund. Daryl no longer works there. Ray Bruce has yet to return a call as promised. Honestly only think he answered the phone is because the caller ID showed "Bruce" when I called. The communication and the professionalism is so poor, I wish I could return the car and take my business elsewhere. A very frustrated customer!!! More

Fantastic! I drove 5 hours (10 roundtrip) to make my purchase. Gerard was the main reason. My car was totaled and I was in dire straights to purchase a car. The pricing was exceptional. Gerard actually answered my "Chat Now"" session at 11:00 pm. I didn't really expect to speak with someone and figured I would leave a message. After many questions which he answered quite knowledgeably, I felt secure enough to make the drive. He assured me the car was still on the lot and at 8:30 a.m. the next morning, he text me letting me know he had the keys. Duane Bell was fabulous! He knew I was waiting on a property damage check and worked with me so that I could drive my new car off the lot that day. I know the car buying experience can be frustrating, but I have to say, these two gentlemen made it as painless as it could be. I would HIGHLY recommend this place and especially Gerard. Johnnie was very polite and detailed. He was honest and upfront and anything i asked for either it happen or it was looked into. Guess just down to earth. I didnt feel presurred or obligated into a vehicle even though i already knew what i wanted (chrylsler 300). The transaction was very smooth (shoutout to Johnnies boss cant remember his name smh). i would do business with them again. if you are looking definetly check here.
