Willing to go the extra mile for me After a fruitless morning including the actual Mercedes dealership just down the street, we ended up here just to see what the inventory was like. I was looking for a very specific car, down to the model, body type, color, and interior trim packages. Duane was our sales associate and was excellent throughout the whole process. Although this location did not have what we were looking for, because it is a member of a network, we found a potential candidate online at the Kennesaw location. Duane repeatedly called for 30 minutes to try and see if that particular car had arrived (said in transit), and kept trying until he got a confirmation that it was. He then took us in a dealer car all the way up to Kennesaw to get it and bring it back to this location. He went to bat for us repeatedly during the sales process to the manager. Ken managing finance was very friendly and made us feel at ease during the often complex and confusing process of documentation and paperwork. More
