Disappointing 1. No Follow-up. I've been waiting for 2 weeks now for a call about a spare set a keys. (Dealership only had one key when they sold they car but said 1. No Follow-up. I've been waiting for 2 weeks now for a call about a spare set a keys. (Dealership only had one key when they sold they car but said they would follow up after the weekend) 2. I was told there wouldn't be multiple inquiries on my credit. There were 5. 3. I was told they would put gas in the car (Car was on E at purchase) They put $10.00 of gas in the car and said that was their budget. Did not mention this when I was told "We will fill it up" 4. First time at the dealership i was sent to the truck lot to have a look myself, with no assistance, seemed strange not to have someone there helping you. No follow up call from initial visit. Overall, I'm not impressed, it was not what I expected from a "luxury" dealership. I went to many other dealerships and was very impressed with the service. I read many reviews of follow up and great service, that was not my experience. I only purchased from MLM because I really liked the car. I would not refer anyone here. More

Our sales associate, Alex Pham, was knowledgeable not only about the technical specifications of my vehicle, but he even gave me a driving lesson, as this was my first manual transmission purchase! Greg Hampton, in their finance dept., especially went out of his way to take care of us. When the bluetooth functionality on the used vehicle we purchased was not working as advertised, we brought the car back and he made it right. I would recommend the team at Marietta Luxury Motors to anyone who is in the market for a new car. More
