Not a great experience unfortunately. I drove 2 hours to this dealership to look at a car. I had appt scheduled. Salesman VJ. Loved the car, car had several scratches which dealer did fix I drove 2 hours to this dealership to look at a car. I had appt scheduled. Salesman VJ. Loved the car, car had several scratches which dealer did fix , however car had mismatched tires. Decided to leave without purchasing the electric car as dealer would not fix tires. I drove one hour headed home and dealership agreed to lower cost $500 for me to replace tires on my own. Drove 1.5 hours in heavy Atlanta Traffic to return to dealership to purchase car. Salesman did not show me how to charge car or confirm the electric adapter he gave me fit charger. Located a charging station after returning home from 2 hour trip, charger adapter would not fit charger when I tried to charge vehicle, was given the wrong adapter.called my salesperson the following day to see if they could send me correct adapter, he did not make that happen. Had a flat tire on my way home, had to have car towed to a car dealership locally to replace tires and was advised I had 2 rotten tires. Not a great experience. More

I went into ALM Newnan on 10/9/2025 to purchase a 2024 Rav4 which was listed on the website. The cost of the vehicle was $26,420.00. After test driving the vehicle, I sat with Kevin the salesperson to d Rav4 which was listed on the website. The cost of the vehicle was $26,420.00. After test driving the vehicle, I sat with Kevin the salesperson to discuss the costing. I had a pre-approval. Later I sat with Lorenzo Ducksworth to go over financing as they were able to secure a lower rate of finance through another finance company. After going over the paperwork at home, I realize I was lied to about 1. the cost of the vehicle 2. trumped up charges and 3. Easycare which I was told by Lorenzo was FREE. Turns out the FREE Easycare is $4,000.00. Lorenzo later forwarded me a link to cancel the FREE $4,000.00 Easycare. I tried speaking to the Manager Kyle regarding the misrepresented cost of the vehicle; however, all three men, Kyle, Kevin and Lorenzo are passing the buck from one to the other without taking responsibility. Kyle then says $1,000.00 is for "Cillojet" which was never told to me before and another $1,000.00 is "CPO" fees. below is the breakdown of what my actual charges should read. $26,420.00 Cost price of vehicle $1,849.40 7% State of GA Tax $1,000.00 CPO* $1,000.00 GAP Insurance $295.00 Registration Fee $18.00 Gov't Cert of Title Fees $25.00 License Fee -$2,000.00 Deposit Total $28,607.40 - Amount to be financed However, they managed to get to a figure to be financed of $35,762.40, overstated by $7,155.30 Please beware of these scam artists. I have no issues is paying what I owe, but be transparent and operate in integrity. More
