I was a first time car buyer and he made the experience very easy and enjoyable. He went through everything and made sure I understood what we were doing. I would like to have him as my car salesman for my next car. The service team did not clean/get gas for my car while I was inside doing paperwork and he was genuinely upset. I am getting a extensive detail, 2 free oil changes, and 2 free tire rotations because of this. This was no fault by Gary, but he made things right. He also had the worker who was supposed to do the cleaning that night, apologize to me face to face, which I appreciated. Overall 5 stars to Gary!! More

Quality people, respecting my time I was not looking forward to continuing my search for a car after the last dealership I had been to, but Marvin made it so easy here at ALM Newnan. Fraud dealership - cheat salesman and finance team I bought a car on 06/04 and 1. they cheated me with the CAR - Nissan Rogue 2018 The car you would find online will be a trap and they'll tell you tha I bought a car on 06/04 and 1. they cheated me with the CAR - Nissan Rogue 2018 The car you would find online will be a trap and they'll tell you that its sold out and they'll propose you another car. Once you like the like the CAR, the sales man told me that the price he told earlier was different and now you've to pay more for this car and said its my mistake (Salesman makes mistake on pricing) and you've to take their finance since they get very heavy commission . The Salesman Alex and Drew told me that he'll check the car and tyres thorougly but they don;t do anything and delivered the car with Nail in it, just filled the air. When it comes to finance, here is the super cheat happens. even after stressing that i don't want any warranty and insurance, John from finance team slipped in the $2388 warranty with your payment and without your knowledge adds to the loan amount. After few days was able to fight and get the get the policy cancelled, they still have not returned your policy cancellation amount and you would be still paying interest on this as it is not gone to your loan account. There is no communiction you can have with the finance team to get the money back. They will divert your call to the other person and it will go the voice mail and never return any calls. Their customer service is not capable to resolve anything.. Never go to them.... More
