Customer Service A+++ I found this car on CarGurus after searching in Nashville for the last year. Once seeing the price and the HIGH DEF pics posted by ALM I thought it wa I found this car on CarGurus after searching in Nashville for the last year. Once seeing the price and the HIGH DEF pics posted by ALM I thought it was to good to be true. I dealt with Marvin over the phone and text messages. He responded after hours and got me the deal I wanted. I booked a flight last minute from Nashville to a Atlanta, hopper in an Uber at the airport, got here in 27 minutes. He greeted me at the door and took me to see my car that he had held for me. It was getting work done on it that was very surprising. I thought what could be wrong. He took it upon himself to have the battery replaced, new brake pads, and rotors! He didn’t have to do that, I would of prob never noticed. It took all of 10 minutes to complete the paperwork and I was out the door to drive my new Infiniti QX60 back to Nashville! Thanks again for the easiest car purchase I’ve ever had and al over the phone and online! More
