Tim Allen I am a previous customer of Mr. Allen from three years ago. I purchased a 2013 Chevy Impala from him. He was very pleasant and customer service was excellent. I was ready to purchase my second vehicle so I went to Ivory Chevy and asked for him. They stated Tim had moved on but they were able to help me. I stated the only way they were able to help me is to give me the number to where Tim was. The salesman knew I was only willing to deal with Tim and gave me the information. I contacted the new dealership and asked for Tim and there he was. I told him what I wanted and he got on it the same day and my car was ready for pickup the next day. He actually came in on his day off to help me. I was so happy. He's the best salesperson ever. It's not about how much he will make off the sale or how much your spending. He's all about making the customer happy. Believe me when I say, you will be very pleased dealing with him.
