All inclusive great service We drove 4 hours because they had the best price around for a Jetta diesel. We drove a VERY high milage car there and decided to ask about a potential replacement for it. I asked for a TRANSFORMER and THEY FOUND IT! I needed an SUV that can handle bikes, boats, soccer gear, fitness gear, and groceries for a small army. But it had to be able to seat that small army of kids and friends like a van. And have leather seats because, you know, kids are GROSS. And decent gas mileage would be a plus. After searching through several SUVs we found the transformer: A GMC Acadia! Leather seats, second row captain chairs, foldable third row bench, good gas mileage, and lots of bells and whistles. If that wasn't enough, we had 4 kids with us who were able to sit in the lounge and watch a movie with snacks. We were there around 7 hours total. Paperwork on one car is bad. Paperwork on two is crazy. So Tim ( our dealer) got more snacks for the kids while we signed on all those lines! One kid is highly interested in cars and all the dealers were open and welcoming to his comments and questions. Just a great experience all around. Highly recommended. More

Above and Beyond Expectations I am always a sceptic of car dealers and car salesmen. I dont want to deal with the fakeness and showmanship while trying not to get cheated. The price ALM offered online beat everything we saw on many makes and models. And despite me prejudging him, Tim was patient and invested his whole day to showing us car after car. But the most impressive part was that even after the sale he continued to show us more details, helped us with our kids, and bought us gas. Tim Allen and ALM won us over and showed us that car buying doesnt have to be a bad experience. More

Months waiting on results I bought a car from a salesmen and was told things would be fixed quickly. I bought the car middle of March and it is now May 24 and they are finally I bought a car from a salesmen and was told things would be fixed quickly. I bought the car middle of March and it is now May 24 and they are finally fixing the biggest problem. I came very often to get work done to see my car sit several times for weeks in thier lot. With. Nothing done. Two item were not ordered until May. I tried to call all the way up to the owner of the company and he just hung up on me with out addressing my problems. Their shop is a joke and they can not get things done and their is a total lack of communication. I would not seek to purchase a car here ever again and I know this review will cost me any other work needed. They could not do the things to get my tag for me and I had to get the tag myself, had to demand they get it inspected for this state. I was always given a time things would be done and you can see by the date they never lived up to thier word. More
