From not so good - to Excellent! I would Recommend! Miguel was my salesman. He bent over backwards to make sure I got the truck I wanted. I was not sure, and had him show me all F150s on the lot. Now to the "not so good" part. Due to a misunderstanding between me, Miguel and the front office, the deal almost fell apart in the finance office. I already had money in hand, so I was not using their financing options. However, they wanted more money, at the table. I was not happy at all and I let Miguel know it. We could not come to terms. Before I was to leave, I asked to see the manager. Darryl came out and I made my displeasure known, in no uncertain terms. Though he asked me to leave his store, he handled himself as a professional. On my way out of the establishment, Darryl asked me in to his office. Now to the "Excellent" part of this experience. Once cooled heads prevailed we determined why the numbers were not adding up. Once this was identified, Daryl was able to make it right. He earned my respect in the way he handled me and my rant, in his place of business. He earned it again as he made the deal work to the satisfaction of all parties. I will visit this store, in the future, as part of a future car buying decision. They have excellent late model vehicles on their lot at fair prices. More

Worst car dealer I have ever dealt with. I purchased a vehicle from ALMNewnan on October 17, 2016. The process, which should have taken maybe a couple of hours, took all day. I have been lied to, from day one, and cheated out of money on my trade in. It has been over a month, and they still have not paid off my trade in; and I have not received everything that was promised to me, which I have that in writing. I have lost count of the number of times I have called and different people I have been put off to, to no avail. The loan person from where my trade in is financed, has also called to try to get this taken care, also to no avail. All they have said is they will check into it, and have never called me back or taken care of the problem. I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my life; and I can say, without a doubt, this has been the worst experience ever. More

Very Satisfied!! I typically stay away from used car dealerships but ALM has such a large number of cars that I had to check it out. First of all I met with John Keefe I typically stay away from used car dealerships but ALM has such a large number of cars that I had to check it out. First of all I met with John Keefe (our salesman) and he was very patient with us as we were a little unsure of what we wanted but he went above and beyond our expectations to help us find the car that we were most happy with. No pressure what so ever and he probably worked with us for four hours looking over cars and test driving different cars. I had to wrestle with the sales manager for quite a while but I ended up with a great car and a very good price. More
