ALM NEWNAN IS SERIOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND FULL OF LIARS. IF YOU VALUE HONESTY AND PROFESSIONALISM DO NOT BUY FROM ALM NEWNAN. I am from Tennessee and was interested in a car at ALM Newnan. I explained to m IF YOU VALUE HONESTY AND PROFESSIONALISM DO NOT BUY FROM ALM NEWNAN. I am from Tennessee and was interested in a car at ALM Newnan. I explained to multiple sales personnel AND the general manager that I was ready to write a check but wanted to be sure the car was on the lot before driving a few hours on a work day. I was assured not only the night before, but also the morning of that the car was on the lot and ready for purchase. WHEN I ARRIVED, THE CAR WAS NOT ON THE LOT AND THEY ATTEMPTED TO SELL ME ANOTHER CAR. I went ahead and purchased a car from another dealership that did not have the high miscellaneous/dealership fees. ALM NEWNAN IS APPARENTLY FULL OF LIARS. Anybody out there?? I have tried to purhace a car from this dealership for more than a week. I originally called the Kennesaw location. I couldn't understand the salesper I have tried to purhace a car from this dealership for more than a week. I originally called the Kennesaw location. I couldn't understand the salesperson so I requested to speak to someone else. I guess he is the only salesperson there because I never received a return call. I then decided to call the Newnan location. I did speak to a girl that was trying to help me but when we got down to some final numbers apparently the salesmanager couldn't be reached. This is my best guess because I waited for a return call from him for 2 days now. I'm not sure what happens to the young lady I was speaking with as she has apparently disappeared as well. If you can't teach anyone to buy a car can you imagine trying to reach them if there is a problem. More

Committed fraud and stole money I bought a used car from them along with a extended warranty in November 2016. I paid for the warranty through the loan of my car. Approximately a mon I bought a used car from them along with a extended warranty in November 2016. I paid for the warranty through the loan of my car. Approximately a month after buying the car the dealership canceled my warranty and kept the money. I only found this out because the car broke down in the middle of the road in February 2017 and I needed to use the warranty. I was notified the dealership not only canceled the warranty on December 26th, 2016 they back dated it for the day after i bought my car. The warranty company credited their account and so they kept the money and I have no warranty. I was lied to by the General manager. He told me that the money was applied to my lien. I contact my lien holder and obtained a payment statement showing that he was lying. I've contact the police for Fraud and Theft and have obtained an Attorney. Stay far far away from this place. More

I felt like I was the most important customer in the building and it all felt absolutely genuine, right down to the congratulations and compliments as I pulled away. What makes this even more remarkable is that I travelled to ALM from Murphy, NC to buy a seriously reduced car I had found online. You would have thought my purchase had an extra zero or two after what I actually paid to get that kind of attention. This was my 15th car/truck/or van purchase and the experience was easier than most and the most satisfying by FAR! Thanks to Jeff, Kyle, Matthew. A special thanks to the techs and detailing staff who gave me all the time and assistance I needed to inspect the car prior to purchase and for pulling it around even sharper than when I first saw it on the lot!
