I purchased a 2021 4runner from ALM Newnan, which only came with one key fob. When I realized this at the dealer, the salesperson googled Toyota key fob replacement and told me I can buy one online for ar came with one key fob. When I realized this at the dealer, the salesperson googled Toyota key fob replacement and told me I can buy one online for around $180. After driving the car 7 hours back home, I have found out keys cannot be purchased and programmed for under $400. ALM owns several dealerships and sells thousands of cars. They need to be up front about this and look into offering a solution to help their customers. More

My husband I purchased a car from Dalton on May 30,2022. During our agreement, we were supposed to receive a tire assist kit and 2nd key. We have yet to receive these things. I have spoken to the those working there at least 5 times and nobody had an answer or update. I have also spoke to manager Keith and Tia. Keith said he would look into it and give me a call back on Monday. That had been about a month ago. I have not heard from him and he hasn’t called me back when I called to followup. Tia had no answers for me. Of course Dalton has no answers either. Why is this taking so long? Why are you all lying? This is unacceptable. We were in need of a second car and before this experience was going to look into getting it from alm as well but we took our money elsewhere. More
