I just had the most bizarre sales experience at ALM Newnan. Previously visited and could not come to a deal with the numbers because obviously they try to sell you a Mototrend Certification and Paint a Newnan. Previously visited and could not come to a deal with the numbers because obviously they try to sell you a Mototrend Certification and Paint and Fab for 3k more on top of there advertised price, wish is to lure you in store. Made a counter offer 3 days later and was issued a signed buyers order by Business/Finance Manager on duty. Went and got funds from bank with buyers order, car is detailed and ready to go. While in Finance manager office signing disclosure documents there other Finance manager Russell Stonework barges in proclaiming we did not have a deal and it doesn't matter what was said or done earlier. Straight Unprofessional and amatuerish. No apologies, just pure downright belligerent. I've lived in the Atlanta area for 20 yrs and have often heard that ALM was one of those dealerships you stay away from. Now I truly understand why...lol. Apparently there word or a signed buyers order meant nothing. Even the credit union where I returned the cashier check to said gotta stay away from that dealer. So many customers have had issues. What a terrible way to run a business. Also verify the odometer before you purchase. They tend to advertise a lower mileage than what's actually on to pad the value. More
