O I purchases a 2020 Surburban from ALM, they wrote in contract to make 2 repairs. After 2 months of constant calling I got cosmetic repair but never the mechanical one. I even talked to Cade the general contract to make 2 repairs. After 2 months of constant calling I got cosmetic repair but never the mechanical one. I even talked to Cade the general manager who hung up on me. Never recieved the repair in over a year. Worst customer experience ever. Dont give your business to this company. More

This was the most pleasant of experiences. After my car totaled, I obviously needed a new car, but wanted to just look around. Went and looked and did not feel pressure at all.
