I was very pleased with ALM Roswell Jon Bush was a pleasure to deal with. He & Chris Barton were very reasonable to negotiate with and I was able to purchase the vehicle at a great price. The closing process in the finance office with Chris was very clear and concise and I wasn't pressured to purchase extended warranties or other extras. There was a small scratch on the vehicle that I noticed during my test drive and pointed out to Jon. After I purchased the car, Jon advised me to bring the vehicle back to ALM Roswell when convenient and he would have the scratch removed. Even though it was more than a month after my purchase before I could drop off the car, Jon had the scratch repaired as promised in a very timely manner. I will highly recommend ALM and Jon Bush to my friends as the place to shop for low mileage luxury vehicles. More

A friend recommended ALM to us so when we saw an ad that said they had a RDX in our target price range, we went to ALM for the first time. Sean did an excellent job of showing us the RDX of interest and a few others, but never put the high pressure car sales stuff on us that we so dislike. The entire experience was great.
