I don't remember sales rep's name (it was his 3rd day on job and didn't have bs. cards yet. He was great and also Chris Barton, Finance Manager, was great! Couldn't be happier with the vehicle we bought and the service we received!

"ALM Roswell Scams Used Car Buyers"

First off, if I could give ALM Roswell NO stars they would have a 0! Buyers looking for a used car I recommend taking your business elsewhere. Look at how poor their stars are on Google’s 5 point scale. I went to ALM Roswell about two weeks ago to purchase a RELIABLE used car and literally spent all my savings looking to purchase a DEPENDABLE car. I was interested in the 2010 Ford Fusion they had available on their site. So upon my arrival AL Riley showed me the vehicle and we did a little mini test drive. Al Riley specifically told me and I quote, “The vehicles owner had so many check ups done on this vehicle that not even you would get the car checked and maintained as well as he did” what a fantastic lie that was!! At the time the vehicle seemed to be ok for the short period of time I got to test drive it. Then literally the very next day I get a check engine light and start hearing a weird sound from underneath the vehicle. So I took the vehicle to Ford to see what the issues were and they stated the following. The drivers side axle/shaft is bad, the coils on the engine are bad, And the engine appears to stall out at random times due to bad spark plugs. So I called ALM Roswell to discuss the issues and I’m told whelp the car is As Is and there is nothing we can really do about it. So now I am waiting to speak to the General Manager of ALM Roswell because they sold me a bad car and Al Riley literally lied to me about everything being in great condition from the previous owner. I will be attempting to get a refund from the dealership or another Ford Fusion. I am almost compelled to explore my legal options against this dealership. I literally put all of my savings into this vehicle so that I would have a DEPENDABLE car and now I am still in the same situation I started in and literally have no money I can spend on a vehicle now.. It literally makes me so sick to my stomach that I was screwed by ALM Roswell and all they want to say is whelp it’s AS IS. Please I beg you to take your business elsewhere! I will keep you guys updated as I speak with the General Manager tomorrow on 6/21/18
Update 6/22/18 - The General Manager is “Unavaliable to speak with me and will follow up Monday” (Seems I am still getting the run around)
Update 6/26/18 I was told by Chris that ALM Roswell will not be helping me with the bad vehicle they sold me. So remember everyone when you buy a used vehicle from ALM Roswell if it was actually a bad vehicle and you try to get assistance with it all that they are going to say to you is whelp it was AS IS! Al Riley told me they stand behind their product they sale well that was a xxxxxxxx lie to get my money wasn’t it?

"I’m Telling Everyone How Big Of Lying xxxxx.’s They Are..."
Needed a trustworthy vehicle and didn’t have the big cash but settled on a Jeep for 5000.00. Granted we knew it had 100,000 miles on it and was somewhat apprehensive about spending that much on it. But the vehicle was clean and were told by them they’d stand behind it for 45 days. Learned now that next time we’ll get that in writing (our own xxxx fault). Not even a month later and not even 500 miles, it developed serious engine problems. Called them and they denied ever making the 45 day statement. Ok, realizing we were xxxxxxxxxxx to about that, we asked if we could bring it to their shop and get it diagnosed and/or fixed. Thinking maybe they would and maybe give us a little break on cost, we were told they only work on there own cars. My business takes me all over the area and meet people of all incomes and occupations. Believe me I’m spreading the word and so are my co-workers about how DIRTY they treated us and I’d bet, others as well.
