I purchased a 2015 CLA amg coupe and i can honestly say these 2 guys did everything to keep me happy in my time there. The Roswell area has many other dealers in the area, so it is easy to say "I will go to another place, " and leave, but with ALM Roswell, they genuinely showed they wanted my business in an ethical and self respecting way. This branch has true integrity, and met all my requests in terms of making the purchase. I complained about how the brakes felt(different feel from an RS Camaro), and that one tire looked a little low on air. Before deal was done, they perfected both issues as I later found out the brakes were actually operating perfectly. They give me my first oil change after 5k miles for FREE(saves $100 on a Mercedes oil change). I have a factory warranty from Mercedes on this car, but I want to still take it back to ALM Roswell; this purchase did more than get myself into a nice car, I found a dealership I trust, like to visit, and somewhere I would feel safe sending a family member to to make their purchase(s).
