For a car bought on 8-15-24, they finally sent the title to me on 11-14-24. I had to get 4 temporary tags while they told me everything was submitted to the DMV. . As of 12-16-24 they were still telling me everything was sent to the DMV until we compared the package tracking numbers and figured out everything was sent to me. They told me I was responsible for the sales Tax and Tag Fees. They deceived me at signing by claiming the Bill of Sale would change once they figured out the sales tax. They have so far sent me the old Bill of Sale before the sales tax was added, but $ 43.00 was on it for the Tag Fee. They told me 12-16-24 that the tag fee was for a previous tag they had to pay for, so I am still responsible for the tag fee. I would not recommend anyone to go in for a fair deal at ALM. More
