We were able to negotiate a deal over the phone for the new car as well as with my trade-in. I drove in from quite a distance for the deal. I arrived there, everything was in order. The car was exactly as advertised. We were able to get the entire transaction resolved in a matter of about an hour. I was out the door with the new car and on my way. I've read other reviews that were not as glowing. I think if everyone is well informed, knows what they are doing and respects each other, that everyone can be satisfied. Alex was very attentive and got back with me both day and night with answers to my questions. I could not have asked for better service. This was a great experience. More

My husband and I are young, and my husband works weird hours so having someone so accommodating and helpful so close to Christmas was wonderful. Our pre-approval process was a huge ordeal through the bank and Larry stayed overtime and off-the-clock for about an extra hour and a half to make sure we walked out with keys in hand. He went above and beyond, contacting the previous owner to request the spare key and working through his lunch hour with us. Test drive was fun, good business dealing, and made the process of purchasing the vehicle a lot less stressful than it could have been. I know that some people will have bad experiences buying cars but it's great having someone like Larry on one's side! More
