We had originally driven to the area with intentions of buying our vehicle from them after test driving the vehicle. The atmosphere there was tense, stuffy and rude. The exact opposite was true the moment we stepped into ALM Roswell. Garrett greeted us with a smile, answered all our questions and was even patient with our three little ones. We found exactly what we were looking for after visiting multiple dealerships and for the best price hands down. There were a few things pending even after we left the lot but were taken care of in a timely manner. We are loving our new family vehicle! More

I found the dealership and doc fees to be a bit high, but they were upfront in disclosing those fees and I was able to factor that into the price of the vehicle, which was fair. Went to buy one car - Ended up buying Two Alan had been exceptional right from the word 'Go'. Alan performed his business extremely professionallyand most importantly without any pressure tactics. He spent all the time that I needed and was never in a rush or less keen in his efforts to meeting my requirements. I went to buy a Lexus - ended up buying a BMW X5 and Audi Q7 and traded off my older Infiniti. The actual sales process was quick and efficient, not a lot of wasted time or haggling. There was no pressure, I was given time to myself and it was a very comfortable and casual environment and Larry's follow up with me, post sale, has been excellent.
