We asked for a highly unusual request of moving the 2nd row captain's chair seat from the right towards the middle to check if we could put a harp vertically along the right. After some effort, John was able to relocate the chair. John relayed the service department's affirmation that it had checked all 17 points. Service Dept: However, after we bought and checked this Sienna XLE, we found that the service technician had not checked the battery water level as expected. We had to add water. Some tire pressures were also low when we checked and boosted the air pressure for the long trip home. More
