My husband and I pretty much did our research and was already pre approved. I was interested in a Mercedes C300 and wanted to make sure it was still there so I called. Mr Bush promptly answered the phone with a smile in his voice. However the car I wanted to see was in the shop but told me he had others. Well I could go into detail but I would be writing forever. All I can say is that he was very persisted without coming across as being to aggressive. He worked with us and got us in a car 2,years newer than what I had originally went in for. Excellent interest rate 3.7 with a 6 year bumper to bumper warranty. I couldn't be happier, Mr Bush remained upbeat and professional even when I wanted to go to another dealer to compare prices and cars. He wouldn't let us leave he had a excellent approach... My husband is pretty hard to sell and John did his thing, what a nice Guy. When we left I felt as we met a friend, I will recommend ALM and send them directly to John Bush. More

Don Zorn was the salesperson who I worked with ... AWESOME! This was an out of state purchase for me and he was very attentive to all my concerns and needs. He worked with me, around my work schedule and stayed in the office after hours working with me over the phone. The paperwork process wasn't too strenuous, when I arrived everything was waiting for me. I test drove the vehicle and was out with the keys in my hand within 2 hours. The finance guy worked with me and got me a great deal on extended warranty. The car was exactly what was advertised. Overall, I rate my experience and the dealership 5 stars. Easy, Enjoyable, Honest I had a great experience today at Atlanta Luxury Motors. All the staff I worked with were kind, honest, and easy to communicate with. Pleasurable experience We drove in to ALM Roswell from out of town because they had the biggest selection on the brand of car we wanted. Chris was very good to work with. It did take longer than I was expecting to get all of the paper work done but I think that is because they are busy selling cars. More
Awful Experience I went to this dealership on February 25th, 2016 because they had the exact car I was looking for. I called ahead to confirm that it was available and I went to this dealership on February 25th, 2016 because they had the exact car I was looking for. I called ahead to confirm that it was available and to inform them I would be stopping by to take a look at it. When I pulled up Rand, whom I spoke with on the phone, had the car out front and warmed up for me. Perfect. Rand was a fantastic salesman with an even better personality - start to finish he was helpful, genuine, and knowledgeable. After the test drive we talked numbers and got the finance manager, David, involved. Within seconds of meeting him his arrogance was almost enough for us to walk out, along with the fact that he not once acknowledged my girlfriend throughout the entirety of our experience there. He spent the better part of 10 minutes talking about his vacations to Big Sky, MT, when all we wanted was to talk numbers seeing as it was closing in on 7pm. After much debate between David and I, we agreed on a number and down payment on the car. I stated I needed the weekend to get my head on straight and double check it's what I really want - I told Rand the reasoning behind my decision - and I took a copy of the numbers we agreed on. The following Friday (the next day) I called Rand and told him I wanted the car and that I would be flying up that following Wednesday to buy it. I confirmed every day leading up to Wednesday that we were still good to go on the purchase. I flew from Fort Myers early Wednesday and got to the dealer before noon. Rand and I shook hands and agreed to move forward, at which point Rand went to David to finalize the purchase. After 10 minutes of speaking with Dave in private Rand came back and stated, "I've got bad news. Dave said he won't do the car at the agreed price." Dave had decided to fall back to the original "agreement" upon which nothing was agreed. I exclaimed that I had just purchased a flight from Florida on the premise that I purchase this car adherent to the numbers we agreed on the previous Thursday. I walked into Dave's office, where he was eating lunch, and tried to understand why he was going back on our agreement, and furthermore, without even informing me of his decision beforehand. He said, between xxxxxxx the chicken or whatever off of his fingers, "I'm not obligated to do anything. I told you it was a one-time deal and you walked out. I'll sell this car at auction for the asking price. Go find one somewhere else." I was never informed before walking out that the "deal" would be taken off the table should I take a day to think about it, and his childish, deplorable attitude carried the worst treatment I have experienced in my life as a customer. Rand may have been my salesman, but seeing as David is in a managerial position it was his responsibility to inform me that he wouldn't actually be selling me the car at the agreed price - he alone is accountable for that. So, I shook Rand's hand and thanked him for everything, and he apologized for what I just went through. I went to another dealer nearby that same day and couldn't be happier with my experience (Select Luxury Motors, if you're curious). ALM not only lost me as a customer, but every person I know that will ever want a luxury vehicle. It's a shame a person like Rand works for somebody like David. I implore you to steer clear of this awful dealership. More
Where classy meets casual After 2 weeks of test driving, I finally went home in a car that I didn't even want. I was on a mission for a particular car, in a particular color. After 2 weeks of test driving, I finally went home in a car that I didn't even want. I was on a mission for a particular car, in a particular color. I finally walked into ALM Roswell to meet Chris Oreal. He had patiently stayed in contact with me about a car I was interested in. The price tag was right at my top end, and the car wasn't even in the color I wanted. I told him there was no way I am paying asking price, especially since it's not what I am looking for. Well a quick deal was made, and I the savings spoke. I drove home in a black car instead of white. Now for the bad.... ALM Roswell is over an hour and a half north of home. There is ALM South about 20 minutes from home. Part of our agreement was for new tires. I had to drive all the way back there for some cheap tires, it wasn't even worth it in the end. I asked if I could get my tires closer to home, but that is not the way they do business. I also happened to buy the only car ever without floor mats. We walked around to find some substitutes, but there were no other similar cars on the lot. However, ALM South close to home has 7 on their lot. But again.... that's not how they do business. So now I have cheap tires that vibrate and make lots of road noise and no floor mats. I will be out about $600 for new quality tires, and another $200 for floor mats. So be prepared, DO NOT take the tire deal, check the trunk for floor mats, and make sure you purchase at the location you will be comfortable returning to for any reason, because even though they pride themselves on 6 locations... they do not work together. That's just not how they do business. More
