I viewed my 2014 Mercedes Benz (E-350) online as a result of a friend's suggestion/referral. I My luxury auto purchase at ALM Rosell, GA was awesome. I viewed my 2014 Mercedes Benz (E-350) online as a result of a friend's suggestion/referral. I called ALM the same day I made my vehicle preference so I could confirm the vehicle was still available for purchase. My salesman (Mr. Rand Hopper) spoke with me on the telephone and was extremely professional, courteous, answered my questions and gave me an appointment to view and test drive the vehicle. My appointment was scheduled for the very next day! My salesman was on time for my appointment and the vehicle was at the front entrance of ALM prepared for my test drive which was completed wonderfully. My purchase was processed, approved and financed and I was in my Mercedes in less than 2 hours and on my way home to Augusta, GA. My purchase was so extraordinary that my husband and I returned 2 days later and my husband purchased a Jaguar from ALM. I highly recommend ALM, Roswell. Great job Mr. Hopper! Thank you ALM! More

No haggle or beating me over the head with prices just gave me the best rates up front even lower than other places offered, and I walked out the door with the keys to my first luxury car with great miles and and a great price. Worst dealership EVER I would give ZERO stars if I could! Went to see a car on Sunday the car looked pitiful, was given a out the door deal and told it would be good for 24 I would give ZERO stars if I could! Went back next day after it was suppose to be detailed and had to wait 2 hours for it to be. Afterwards gave a buyers order for price and shook hands with Allen, only to be called back 30 mins later saying deals was no good. David and Kalief were all useless and wouldn't answer or hung up on me because they were too busy to talk. I wouldn't buy a car here if it was the last dealership in Georgia. They have horrible customer service. The supposed GM Kalief was awful to talk to and very ugly. I asked to speak with the owner and he hung up on me. Even if they called me back saying deal was good I would never go back. More
