I spoke with Alex on the phone a few times to make sure they had what I wanted and it was still available. We discussed a deal in broad terms on the phone, including my trade in. I live six hours from his dealership so I didn't want to drive there and be disappointed. I was not. I drove over on a Saturday morning and got there in the afternoon. I was in the dealership just under two hours and then I was on my way back home with my new car. I got the car I wanted at the price I expected and the trade price I wanted. Great experience. Most of the salesman asks first thing, "Do you like the car?, so you wanna buy the car now?" I mean, give me a break man... Most of the customers like to inspect the cars first before even thinking about buying a car not test drive and buy the unknown condition car. Don't just make me take a test drive and pressure me to buy a car right away. David Marshall flips the progress than the other salesman do, he actually wants to take the time with the customers and willing to listen to the details to the customer's needs in order to meet the customer's expectation level even though the customer wants to take a look around other dealerships. It's a big loss for the salesman if one customer visits and look for different dealership after all the communications, get an approval to take the car for a test drive, inspections, and etc. However, David Marshall takes the risks of his losses and gives best effort to help every single customers. Wow what a trip This is a first--bought site on seen, except for the pictures and the carfax report My wife wanted a Lincoln MKX, I looked hi and low for one with lo This is a first--bought site on seen, except for the pictures and the carfax report My wife wanted a Lincoln MKX, I looked hi and low for one with low miles 23700, had three I would have looked at--one in Texas, one in Virgina and one in Atlanta---she picked the one in Atlanta I called and talked to the salesman Made them an offer and the deal was done, Made down payment, wire transfer the monies The car was hers, now how to get it---shipping got to be too much , so I flew to Atlanta, Alex picked me up at the last Marta station Picked up the car---it was great--he put gas in it, the only thing was it didn't have the sd card for navigation--within 4 days they sent the wrong one--within 3 days they sent the right one--this is called really good customer service I I have had it to the lincoln dealer and confirmed it still has 8 free oil changes and bumper to bumper until April 2017 or 51000miles--only one problem, slight dent in the roof that I missed--looks like a ball hit it, you can't see it unless you are hi up----I would do it again More

He answered all my questions, explained exactly how everything works finance wise, and ultimately got the deal done at the exact payment we needed! On top of all that we spent at least 30 minutes in his office after we signed the paperwork just chatting. Super cool dude. Great experience. I will definitely refer anyone I know to this dealership.
