Poor After Sale Customer Service Purchased vehicle 3 months ago and still don't have tag because secretarys won't send proper out of state paperwork. NO DEAL We traveled for 3 hours to see a Lexus we had called about and that I was prepared to pay cash for. The car had a broken "spoiler" on the top back wh We traveled for 3 hours to see a Lexus we had called about and that I was prepared to pay cash for. The car had a broken "spoiler" on the top back which they were totally unaware of (sure!) Because they had to replace this expensive piece, there was no negotiating room with the price which we felt was totally unfair. The car was priced for one with a working spoiler and I didn't feel this added expense was our problem. Left there very disappointed but happy to report we are working on a deal now at a different dealership that we feel much better about. Guess things really do work out for a reason! More

I luckily came across Atlanta Luxury Motors online and after talking with Don, I traveled 500 miles to accept this car deal and I have no regrets! Don was honest and patient throughout the process and I wholeheartedly believe that he always considered what was in my best interest. He treated us like family. This was the best deal that any dealership offered me. Adam in the finance department was extremely knowledgeable and assisted us with the purchase of a warranty that we needed. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I will definitely be a return customer! More

I'm in my 20's, I went with my mom, we felt comfortable and were treated well. I was torn between the Audi Q5 I had come in to look at, and another car elsewhere. Don gave me time and space,he was even the one to suggest if i wanted to go and think about it. I was comfortable asking questions and was treated with respect. The car only came with one key, so he got me in touch with a guy they used so I could have a second one made. One of the hub caps was scuffed and scratched pretty badly, I was able to drive home with it that day and go back to another of their locations and get it fixed later. he followed up with me to make sure I was still happy, and that everything was to my satisfaction. I enjoyed my experience at ALM, I would definitely buy from them again and I would recommend it to friends and family. More
