Pretty good deals, friendly and knowledgeable staff I went in to look at a Lexus GS350. Ended up speaking with Wes Johnson. Very nice salesman with a very easy going attitude. He knew Lexus and Toyot I went in to look at a Lexus GS350. Ended up speaking with Wes Johnson. Very nice salesman with a very easy going attitude. He knew Lexus and Toyota vehicles quite well. He and his manager, David, were able to work a pretty good deal for me. They we agreeable to let me take the vehicle to a 3rd party mechanic for a 2nd opinion. The car was structurally and mechanically sound. The mechanic did notice that there had been some minor touch up work done on one of the door panels but it was almost impossible to notice. ALM was not aware of the work done and I cannot fault them for not knowing as it was the previous owner who had this done before ALM acquired it (I went over the car front to back, inside and out and was unable to notice until my mechanic pointed it out which took him a while to find as well). All in all it was a pretty good experience and I'm pleased with my purchase. Wes is a pretty class act guy and very straight forward. I always felt he was looking for the best deal for me. He is also very quick to return your calls and messages which is an important customer service aspect. More
