DO NOT USE THIS DEALER SHIP CHECK OUT OTHER REVIEW SITES!!! We flew from Maryland to Atlanta thinking we were going to be driving my new car home. We bought one-way tickets! We were assured by our sales man We flew from Maryland to Atlanta thinking we were going to be driving my new car home. We bought one-way tickets! We were assured by our sales man Larry Jamison that the 2013 Infiniti was in excellent shape and we would not be disappointed . Check in hand we flew to Atlanta. Needless to say, we were quite disappointed with ALM, Larry Jamison and his manager David Csaszar. When we realized the cream colored carpet was stained bright red in the entire front passenger side, and had leaked to the rear, they claimed they knew nothing of the stain. Yet, when we first looked at it, it was wet to the touch, and smelled like cleaner. To add insult to injury, they put old, miss matched mats over the stain, hoping we would not see it. The manager, offered to paint the carpet. This was a $47,000 car. Painting is used, for very small areas, not entire carpets andt is not a permanent fix. Really? A huge stain? That was his offering. The salesman kept trying to push us to sign the paperwork, claiming he had a busy day. Had we known about the stain, we would NEVER have invested the money or time to fly down to Atlanta. The dishonesty was deplorable. They did not care that we were upset, had flown one way down to Atlanta, and did not attempt to do anything. Very poor manager. Davis Csaszar, could have done several things to appease us, but did nothing. I wrote him and Larry Jamison a letter when I returned home that night. Yes, the flight home was terribly expensive. I received, a very poorly written letter back, that was just plain rude from Davis Csaszar, nothing from Larry. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER SHIP. They use sketchy ways to cover up flaws. They are also dishonest. Choose reputable dealership. I even wrote a letter to each branch of this dealership, even main headquarters. No response. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. SKIP THE LOW PRICES YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!! More
