I briefly chatted with Don Zorn before coming in to test drive it. Don answered my questions and was upfront about minor imperfections in the leather. Of course I wanted a lower price (who doesn't?!) and I didn't get exactly what I wanted but they did negotiate on the price and even beat my APR on my pre-approved credit union loan. As Don promised, the minor imperfections were repaired before I drove it off the lot. I left feeling that I got a good value on the deal...very happy so far! Thanks Don and David for getting this deal done for me :) More

Sean Greenberg was fantastic to work with, he always returned our numerous phone calls promptly, he even took a detailed video of the car showing the interior and exterior condition, which addressed some concerns that we had. When we arrived in Roswell, to pick up the car, we were surprised to find a facility that rivals the top new car luxury dealerships. The car was all, and more than we were expecting, we couldn't find a scratch on it, amazing for a 3 year old car, it truly looked like a new car, but we didn't pay those new car prices!! We will certainly be back when we need to replace our other car. More

Not only was everything exactly the way we had discussed on the phone, all the paperwork was ready and there to be signed. I walked in the door at noon on a Saturday and by 12:45 I was eating lunch at a restaurant up the street with my new car! It was literally the best car buying experience of my life...the way it should be...no games, no pressure...I will definitely buy from these again!!! More
