I live 50 It is a pleasure to write this review for Atlanta Luxury Motors. I purchased a 2013 BMW 535 GT from ALM Roswell with the help of Don Zorn. I live 500 miles away from Atlanta but was unable to find the exact car I wanted anywhere nearby. I had been searching cars.com for days when a perfect match showed up at ALM. By luck I had a relative who lives nearby, and I had him stop by to make sure the car was for real and ALM was for real. Don was unbelievably helpful in realistically describing the car’s history over the phone, both good and bad. I am convinced the price on this car was the best in the nation. I’d highly recommend that if you want a high-end used car you consider ALM, even sight unseen like I did. The paperwork was probably easier than had I been there in person. They arranged transport and it came off without a hitch. Honesty seems to not be a problem, and everything turned out well. Most of their cars are big ticket items (mine certainly was) and if you buy a car sight unseen you have to be very careful. From my experience, ALM is definitely one of the places you can trust, even without the nearby relative. It’s likely a lot of dealers fake these reviews, but I am truly a customer. Hence, here is some free advice. Call and ask a salesman about the car (Don is great). If you are serious about buying a specific car without seeing it, get the VIN and look up the “decode” on the internet to make sure there were no mistakes regarding style, transmission, drive, etc. The options are not on the VIN, so have Don check-out your “must have options”. Get specific about how long any factory warrantee is good for, since they may start from either manufactured date or date of first service. Both of these could be months prior to the car year (i.e. my 2013 was put on the road in September of 2012 and the clock started then. More

True professional sales team, great prices I would like to start this review with the fact that I did not buy a car from Atlanta luxury motors. I did however start my search for cars by lookin I would like to start this review with the fact that I did not buy a car from Atlanta luxury motors. I did however start my search for cars by looking at their inventory and working with two exceptional gentleman named Sean McIntyre and Rand Hopper. The only reason I did not buy from him either of these two gentlemen was because they did not have the inventory of the car I ended up buying. Never once was I pressured to make the deal. I felt that they honestly cared about me getting in a vehicle that made the most sense for my budget and my preferences. Even when I had to share the news that I purchased a car from another dealership they still congratulated me on finding you a great deal and honestly cared that I was a happy customer whether I bought from them or not. After visiting 15 different car dealerships in Atlanta, I felt bad for because I could not get them the commission they should have earned. They congratulated me on finding a great vehicle, had no hard feelings, and I would highly recommend this type of sales person if you are interested in getting the best car for your money and getting the best service from a sales person. Do yourself a favor and stop by and eat either one of these two gentlemen because they will care about your needs and will not pressure you into buying something that you do not want to buy or have the budget to buy. I highly recommend that you take my advice, but if you don't, you're missing out on two extraordinary gentlemen, Who not only have the knowledge that a buyer needs to have, but have the customer service that every buyer deserves. Rand Hopper ignores customer after he gets his sale I found a car from Cargurus.com and the car was sold by Atlanta Luxury Motors. Rand (Randritz) Hopper was the salesman who assisted me in purchasing I found a car from Cargurus.com and the car was sold by Atlanta Luxury Motors. Rand (Randritz) Hopper was the salesman who assisted me in purchasing the vehicle. He put on an act to sound legit and a nice gentleman. In reality, he is nothing but a xxxxxxxx that has only money in his eyes. Before the car was sold to me, he would make every effort to call me, return calls, and answer calls when I called for him. After the car is sold, he basically goes into avoid mode and ignore calls and not returning calls. I am from out of state so I am very dependent on the dealer's word and pictures that are provided to me. I asked for the general condition of the car with stains and etc. The only answer that he was able to spout out from his dirty mouth is "the car is immaculate." Needless to say, there are some minor annoyance problems with the car that he never mentioned about. He claims that he "overlooked" and did not see the issues. The car also did not have a manual, which is not too big of an issue but it is nice to have one. I asked for a manual and Rand said that he would mail it to me. That never happened. I decided to talk to the manager, Chad and inform him on the issue. He seemed assuring with the issues but once again, it was all talk. I never received the mats or owner's manual like he said he would send me. There are tons of 1 star reviews here on Yelp and now I certainly know why. In conclusion, be careful when making purchases with Atlanta Luxury Motors and especially with Rand Hopper. That nice salesman act is nothing but a fake act only to look out for your money. They do not care about you, they care about your money. These guys give car dealerships a bad reputation. More
