Do not trust what they tell you We purchased a Audi from this dealership in Pleasant Hill the end of January. We told the salesperson we were purchasing for my daughter to transpo We purchased a Audi from this dealership in Pleasant Hill the end of January. We told the salesperson we were purchasing for my daughter to transport a newborn in. He assured us that his service department had gone over the car and there was nothing wrong they found. The car had less than 100,000 miles. Within two days we noticed oil spattered all over the engine. We took the car to an Audi dealer. Major oil leak that was old and it appeared all Luxury motors did was steam clean the engine to remove oil. Both cv joints in the front end were completely broken which can affect the steering and safe operation of the vehicle. Also old. So either they did check it and didn't care or they did and missed these two things. We notified the dealer but they told us the salesman was no longer there and they have no responsibility. I understand buyer beware. However at the same time I expect a reputable dealer representative to be truthful when selling a car. Obviously this was not the case. We had to have these repairs of $1200 done immediately to ensure safe transportation. Do not buy from this dealer because they are not interested in the customer or obviously repeat business. I compare them to Hennessy where at the same time I bought a used Cadillac same year same mileage. I found a problem one week after purchase and they quickly moved to make it right because they stand behind what they say. More

In fact I had come to Roswell to a dealership around the corner from ALM and when I got there they tried to pull the old bait & switch on me,so I was very upset when I came into ALM and I told my salesman Sean what had just happened and he assured me that ALM would treat me well. I am pleased with the car, the deal, and the customer service. I may trade this car at the end of the year and if I do , I will call Sean and come back to ALM. More

Outstanding Sales Expirence, best I have ever had! BUT!!! Larry Jamison is a stand up guy that I fully trust. He is a straight shooter and I got what I believe to be an excellent and fair deal on my trade in Larry Jamison is a stand up guy that I fully trust. He is a straight shooter and I got what I believe to be an excellent and fair deal on my trade in LR2 and purchase of a Range Rover! Where they could have done better is in that the car should have had a full tank of gas when they turned it over to me and only had less than a quarter tank. Not to much to ask for considering the high dollar vehicle marketplace. My real disappointment was less than a week later when I checked the OIL and found it to be a FULL QUART LOW! I had been assured the vehicle was properly serviced by an authorized mechanic and was fully ready to go! This obviously was not the case and I now am worried about the mechanical condition of the vehicle and the immediate expense of an OIL Change for my newly purchased Range Rover! I feel I must take it to a Land Rover Dealer and have it looked at to assure it is truly in good condition. I would highly recommend Larry Jamison to help you in buying, but check and double check everything before leaving the lot! This is not the experience I was anticipating when looking for a luxury auto! More
