After much research, I finally decided to purchase a BMW X5 Diesel. The diesel version of the X5 is difficult to find, but I was able to find one for sale at Atlanta Luxury Motors in Roswell (www.almroswel X5 Diesel. The diesel version of the X5 is difficult to find, but I was able to find one for sale at Atlanta Luxury Motors in Roswell (www.almroswell.com) with 35k miles on it listed for $31,999. On 5/24/13, I met with the salesperson, Jose. Jose was friendly and appeared to be knowledgeable. We took the car for a test drive, and it drove well. Jose pulled the CarFax report for me while I inspected the car for any damage visible to the layperson. The CarFax was clean – no reported accidents or any issues. ALM’s internet advertisement for the vehicle indicated “No Known Accidents and No Known Bodywork” in the “Condition Report” section. We confirmed with BMW that the vehicle was still under warranty until August of 2013. I decided to go ahead and purchase the X5 without an inspection given the clean CarFax report. I subsequently found out that the car has had some body damage. After some discussion with ALM's owner, they agreed to fix the issues at their expense. More

I was interested in a Black Mercedes GLK 350 2012 with 12000 miles and price on Autotrader of 29991. The same vehicle was on ALM website for 31991. I had a question about the vehicle having a sunroof. I sent an e mail asking about the sunroof. I received a response from Mike Freeman asking for my phone number but never answering the question. I responded with my phone number but explained that in my job I work 9 to 9 and cannot accept personal phone calls. I again asked about the sunroof but did not receive a reply. I again sent an e mail to Mike saying that I would be at the dealership the next day to view this GLK and to please call if there was a problem. (I was driving 110 miles from Greenville SC) I did not receive a phone call. I arrived at the dealership and Mike was not around. I spoke with another salesman whose name I did not get. He was not familiar with the GLK I was interested in. I showed him the pages I had printed out from Autotrader and the ALM website. He said he thinks the vehicle was sold about 7 to 10 days ago. He called their other dealership to see if it was there but they had none in stock. Fortunately I had plans to visit other dealerships in the area and I found the perfect GLK 350 several miles down the road. The vehicle I purchased was removed from Autotrader and the dealers website the next morning. The GLK still remains on Autotrader and the ALM website a full two weeks after it was supposedly sold. Let me just say, I am not one to just hand out 5's on a survey, Don and ALM earned every one of them!!! Both times.....I just bought a car from ALM with, Don Zorn for the 2nd time. This experience was just as wonderful, actually, even more wonderful than last time. I loved the G35 so much that I returned 4 yrs later to buy a G37. Don was so patient, as my schedule can sometimes be unpredictable. **Sorry Don for the all the times I said I was coming by and could not make it :) ** And as I kept changing my mind about convertible...not convertible....convertible. :) he just kept smiling and helping me decide which was right for me. I have never heard of anyone having as pleasurable of an experience as they have provided while buying a car. When I left there I had no regrets! I am very happy, I feel like I got a great deal on the car on the perfect car for me! I would highly recommend Don, at ALM to everyone I know that wants a new car at a great price and a fast painless experience. I know I will definitely see ya next time, Don! :) More
