Zach remembered who I was and allowed me to test drive the car, alone, while they appraised the value of my current vehicle. After a thorough and transparent explanation of the buying process and review of the value of my current car, I decided to move forward and see if we could agree on a price. Their finance manager, Jimmy, was very accommodating and we settled on a price to fit my budget. This experience was all done in an afternoon, without me having any inclination or expectation of buying a car that day.
