I was really nervous that I will get ripped off. I worked with Shaiq Rahi, a professional young man with a wonderful customer service skills that impressed me. He had to deal with several customers simultaneously. He patiently took the time to answer all my questions regarding the car and I test drove. Shaiq had full knowledge about the car. As a non - technical person, I didn't know much about the engine and other important parts of the car. His clear communication skills helped me understand more about the car. He is a fantastic and helpful person to deal with. All the good words he said about the car was proofed when I took it for Maryland Inspection. The inspector in Maryland was surprised about the car. He was trying to find a problem in the car but he couldn't. The car passed MD inspection easily. I had to fix nothing as everything was already taken care of by "A Plus Motors" I am satisfied with "A Plus Motors" services and it's professional staff member Shaiq Rahi. To date, the best car buying experience I have ever had!! Shopping for a used car can be challenging experience. A+ Motors was the last of dealerships we visited. Up to this point we had been very disappointed with the quality of the vehicles and the quality of service we received when we arrived at those other dealerships. I called George to inquire on the vehicle, a 2007 Lexus IS 250, and he set an appointment up to see the car. Following our conversation George, without being asked, sent me the stats on the vehicle and directions to the dealership. I was immediately impressed with his professionalism and willingness to work with us. When we arrived George greeted us and showed us the car, took us for a drive and then allowed my wife and I to talk privately without any pressure. Again, I was impressed. We negotiated some and this is when sales manager Michael Kim joined us. Like any car buying experience when the sales manager enters you know you are in for some hard negotiating. Not the case at all. We agreed on a fair price and Mike sweetened the deal by making a small repair to the vehicle we expected would either be denied or would require a return trip to the dealership. As we prepared to leave I noted a headlight was out. Mike and his team jumped on this immediately and spent an hour trying to correct the issue. It was late on a Saturday evening and we agreed to leave the car for a repair. When we returned the car was fixed, gassed up, washed and Mike personally presented my wife with new floor mats for the inconvenience of leaving the car. This level of service and pride in product is something you do not see every day. Mike and George stood head and shoulders above any of the sales personnel we encountered in our month plus search for a car. Without hesitation I would recommend to any of my friends, family and co-workers Mike, George and the whole team at A+ motors for their next car. With the mileage, appearance (both in and out), and the Carfax Report showing everything was in great condition, we drove the car and fell in love with it. Shaiq was with us every step and explained, in great detail, how everything worked and answered any other questions we possibly could have come up with. Next came the financing which was painless and precise. Two characteristics, I am very interested in when discussing finances. We got a better rate through them than our own bank!!
