Louis and Alex were very patient, courteous, answered all questions making sure that I felt taken care of. I went that same day to take a look at the vehicle and to test drive it. When I arrived I was greeted by a salesmen who asked Louis to work with me. Louis was very friendly and easy to work with. The entire process went very smoothly. I also dealt with Alex to have my vehicle appraised for a trade-in and to finalize the sale reviewing all of the paperwork involving financing, DMV, Gap insurance, etc. Both Alex and Louis were exactly the type of car salesmen you would like to work with when purchasing a vehicle. They were both friendly, knowledgeable, and neither gave me the run around throughout the entire process. Overall, it was a very good experience. More
