Update: Upon posting this review, Goran, the owner, personally reached out to help resolve my concern. He was very apologetic for my experience and acknowledged the gaps in their service. He personally went to the DMV that same day and identified what went wrong. He agreed the AI service was faulty and they will cease to use it. He kept me up to date of developments, has since gotten my car registered, and mailed my paperwork/license plate to my new address. I am very impressed by and appreciative of his efforts to resolve this in a timely manner. I believe 3 stars gives fair acknowledgement to my initial experience, while accounting for their assistance since then. ———————————- I purchased a car from AZ Auto Gallery on 2/18/26 and it took 7 months to receive my title, registration, and license plates. The initial purchase of the car went smoothly, Patrick was friendly, and I did not feel pressured during the process, which I really appreciated. However, he had subpar communication skills prior to the purchase. When I purchased the car, I completed a DMV form to request the title and registration and was given a temporary registration/plate. On 4/13/26 Patrick left a voicemail that he was going through my paperwork and needed to get in touch about my plates (hadn’t received yet). I tried calling and texting on numerous occasions to arrange a time to come by. They never answered the phone. So, I was communicating with them via text and thought I had an appointment set up. BUT, as I was actively driving there, Patrick called to say I had been communicating with their AI service and I didn’t have an appointment. I asked if I could come in the next day. Patrick said he would look into it and get back to me; I never heard back from him. Again, my calls went unanswered and I was texting with the unhelpful AI. Not to mention, AI is harmful to the environment and stealing jobs from people. It was now mid-July, I would be moving out of state in a month or so, and I still didn’t have an appointment. So I finally told them I’m coming in on 7/23; I went in and a different person assisted me. They had to redo the emissions test for the registration; the test had been done in Oregon (where the car came from) but it needed to be done in AZ. They gave me a new temporary registration and said I was all set. It has been a month and a half and I still hadn’t received my title/registration/plates. I have since moved to another state and have gotten pulled over here for my expired temporary registration/plate! I looked on the AZ DMV website and my car’s VIN does NOT show that it is registered. Even if there was a delay with the mail and getting the plates, it should’ve shown up online as registered by now. I called them on 9/3 and left a voicemail explaining all of this and stating they need to assist me in resolving this asap. I haven’t heard back from them. More
